League Finals Montpellier

We are still in awe of the League of Legends Season Finals, where we shared our passion for esport psychology with thousands of awesome people in Montpellier, France!

Inside the LEC XPO, at our sport psychology corner, we introduced visitors to practical tips for enhancing their mental skills. We showed them how to communicate effectively with teammates and avoid conflicts, focus on the present moment and ignore distractions, boost confidence and overcome self-doubt, and cope with stress and frustration to prevent tilt. We also played engaging games and gave feedback on how to practice these skills.

We also delivered two lectures on the community stage, highlighting psychological strategies pro players use to perform at their best and how players can apply them. Thank you, Riot Games, for trusting us once more, and thank you to the fans for your enthusiasm. You are the heart and soul of esports <3
