AEP x League Finals 2024

Just returned from another incredible experience at the LEC Munich Season Finals!

We are immensely grateful to Riot Games for inviting us once more to join the LEC XPO. Your continued support allows us to keep pursuing our mission of promoting mental health, well-being, and performance within the esports community. A big thank you also to the entire team for their professionalism and warm hospitality!

At our Sport Psychology Booth, we engaged with hundreds of visitors through interactive games, 1-on-1 sessions, and fun challenges that helped players sharpen their mental skills. From improving communication and focus to managing pressure and how to avoid tilt. Additionally, our community stage talks on Enhancing Game Performance and Overcoming Tilt were a grand hit, as was the insightful panel that our colleague Emma was invited to join, titled "Making it Better to Be a Player."

The feedback and interest we received from fans and attendees blew us away. It was heartwarming to connect with so many passionate individuals who shared their stories and aspirations. We hope our conversations left you feeling inspired and equipped with new tools to tackle challenges in gaming and life.
